All too often I am asked whether or not I trust and/or like Brinks Home Security and why. Usually I just say something like “yeah, I like them”, but I could never really provide reasons for it. So, I sat down for a while and came up with 5 excellent reasons for why I trust Brinks Home Security.
1) Experience
They have been keeping people safe with over 30 years of experience in the business! Since home security is completely dependant on the safety aspect, experience is absolutely key. Experience brings knowledge that only time can teach, and Brinks has had enough time to learn a lot. Thanks to their experience, they just don’t make mistakes. A new, inexperienced company, on the other hand, is much more likely to make a mistake that could cost you your safety. Isn’t your safety to valuable for you to risk it? Mine is.
2) Service
Every aspect of their consumer business has 24 hour service available! They have 24 hour monitoring, of course, as any home security company that didn’t would be nearly useless, but Brinks also provides 24 hour support! Which means that, even at 3:30 am, they will help me fix my system, or even come out to fix it if necessary. As a result, their customers really are their highest priority!
3) Awards
So, about that service thing you just read about; you remember, right? Well, said service is VERY good, good enough to win awards! J.D. Powers and Associates have awarded Brinks Home Security for “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience” for a total of 6 years in a row. On top of that, Consumer Digest said that the Brinks Home Security standard security system is a “Best Buy”! Awards are certainly some strong evidence.
4) Ease of Use
All other keypads that I have used are more difficult than Brinks’ keypad. It’s easy to turn off or on when you need to, and it’s still secure. There are also emergency alarm buttons on the keypad that allow you to directly contact a monitoring personnel if you are in danger at home. Safety is the key here, and Brinks Home Security provides it in spades!
5) Professional
Their staff is completely professional. They aren’t outsourced workers in a third world country, they are all true Brinks employess who work in the USA. Which, of course, is when it is absolutely necessary that you can understand the person on the other side of the phone. Brinks employees are required to be licensed, pass background checks, and pass drug tests so that their customers will remain safe.
Those are more than enough reasons for me to choose Brinks Home Security. The choice still remains with you, though. Choose to trust Brinks, or pick “some other guy” to give your business to?
